No Bake Vegan Almond Joy Protein Truffles – Plant Based Protein

Ingredients:

Truffles

  • ½ Scoop NutraBio Organic Vegan Plant Protein – Chocolate
  • 1/3 Cup Crunchy Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp Hemp or Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Mini Carob Chips
  • 1-2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon

Coating

  • ½ Scoop of NutraBio Plant Based Protein – Chocolate
  • 3 tbsp Carob Chips
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Almond halves
  • 2 tbsp Reduced Fat Coconut Shreds

Directions:

  • Mix together ingredients then freeze for at least 1 hour
  • For the coating, melt your dairy free chocolate and coconut oil then mix in protein powder
  • Roll frozen dough balls into melted chocolate then quickly sprinkle coconut and almond shreds on top.

*The coating will harden quickly. Enjoy right away or keep frozen until late!
