Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Super Food Cookies

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this simple yet delicious recipe for protein packed cookies:

  • 5 Scoops of NutraBio Muscle Matrix MRP – Banana Cream
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Optional add ins:

  • Raisins or Cranberries (look for reduced or no added sugar)
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Chia Seeds

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Chill dough for up to 1 hour
  • Use an icecream scooper to scoop out dough onto a greased baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
