Dark Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Here is what you will need:

  • 1 Scoop of NutraBio Chocolate Peanut Butter Classic Whey Protein
  • Mini cupcake tin with foil liners
  • Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Coconut Oil

Chocolate Layer:

  • 3/4 Cup Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Melt together in the microwave for about 1 minute or until smooth. This will be your bottom and top layer

Peanut Butter Protein Filling:

  • ¼ C Creamy Natural Peanut Butter + 1 Tsp Coconut Oil (melted)
  • ½ Scoop Nutra Bio Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein

Mix ingredients together for the middle layer.

Directions:

  • Step 1: Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the melted chocolate mixture into greased cupcake liners. Freeze for 10 min or until dark chocolate hardens.
  • Step 2: Scoop ½ tbsp of peanut butter filling on top
  • Repeat Step 1 to cover peanut butter filling.

Freeze for 10-15 minutes or until chocolate hardens before you enjoy!  {Keep frozen}
