Protein Chocolate Snowballs
Yields 10 protein bites 

  • 2 scoops NutraBio Classic Whey Protein- Chocolate Milkshake
  • 1 scoop NutraBio MCT Powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 6 dates
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp almond milk as needed

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients except coconut shreds to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until dough forms, transfer into a mixing bowl
  • In another bowl add the coconut shreds
  • With wet hands, use 1 heaping tbsp. at a time to scoop out dough to form balls
  • Roll the balls into coconut shreds and place into a clean dish
  • Enjoy right away!

Storage tip: You can store remaining in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container for future cravings

Notes:

add more flour or protein if dough is too moist

Add tsp of water or milk if dough is too dry
