Post Workout Pancakes, chased down with NutraBio Whey Protein Isolate!
- Throw 100 calorie maple and brown sugar in coffee grinder with 1/2 tsp baking powder, dash of salt, cinnamon if you like it. Grind together until it is like flour.
- In a small bowl add 1/16 (a heaping cap full) of egg substitute and 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk, dash of vanilla extract (optional), squirt of stevia (optional).
- Mix the two and set in fridge for around 10 minutes.
- Heat your pan, stir your mix (it should have thickened) and make your cakes!
