Gluten Free Baked Banana Bread Protein Donuts


  • 1.5 Scoops of NutraBio Muscle Matrix MRP – Banana
  • ¾ Cup Banana Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 5 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 1 Egg, 1 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 5 tsp Guar Gum
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Cup Dark Unsweetened Chocolate Chips


¼ Cup chocolate chips melted w/0.5 tbsp coconut oil

+ ½ Scoop of NutraBio Classic Whey – Chocolate


  • With a fork mash one large banana along with your other wet ingredients.
  • Then stir in the dry ingredients. Batter consistency should resemble cake batter.
  • Use a piping bag or ziploc with the corner cut to fill your greased donut pan.
  • Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let cool. Then dip donut into small bowl with mixture and top with sprinkles.
  • Let cool in the fridge so donuts get that hard shell
