NutraBio is proud to announce that our proteins have added yet even more accolades to the list of accomplishments they tout. Suppz.com just released their Best Proteins for 2016 list and NutraBio made top 5 in all 3 categories. NutraBio WPI is #1 in the Isolate/hydrolyzed category and NutraBio Classic Whey is #1 in the Overall Whey category.
We’re glad to see retailers and consumers demanding quality in the industry now. Instead of large legacy companies winning from large sales and promos, we’re seeing disclosure, efficacy of formulas, and lacking of fillers being mentioned in why companies are valued.
These wins are coming off of defending our title of Stack3d Protein Wars in 2015 and 2016 against 64 competitors
A few excerpts from the announcement:
“NutraBio Whey Protein Isolate is another great product from their extensive line us high quality supplements that packs all you need in a protein. Featuring 25 of complete protein per serving, 0g fat and only 1g of carbs per serving, it is the perfect choice for anyone looking to keep their protein as clean as possible. Furthermore, it contains no whey concentrates, added carbs/sugars, no creamers or other fillers and is cross-filtered at a low temperature to ensure it is non-denatured. Other whey proteins may be ‘watered down’ with cheaper proteins such as acid treated whey, ion exchanged whey or have cheaper whey protein concentrates mixed in. This ensures that you are getting what you pay for every time while leaving nothing to chance.”
“NutraBio has long been known for creating some of the cleanest, most trusted products on the market since their launch in 1996. Stemming from their roots, NutraBio Classic Whey is the same incredible, no nonsense formula that started it all. There’s no need to re-create a classic, and with that note, NutraBio is brining you the same great formula with the fitting name – Classic Whey.”
“NutraBio Muscle Matrix is a powerhouse protein, containing 25g of pure, complete protein coming from two different milk sources for fast and slow digestion. This combo ensures the ignition of protein synthesis and helps keep amino acid circulation elevated for hours, creating the ultimate anabolic environment to support strength gains, lean muscle mass and recovery.”
Thank you Suppz.com for choosing us in your Best Whey Proteins of 2016 and your continued support!
Where can we see the total list of the other 63 competitors?
Here is a list of the total competitors through the competition:
Please counsel this 78 year old, 135 lb. male gym rat (Yoga-3 hrs/week + Silver Sneakers aerobics/balance/flexibility/strength work-3 hrs/week +1.5 miles elliptical + 1.5 miles rowing – 5-6 times/week) as to how much of your Whey Protein Isolate I should be ingesting and on what kind of schedule. Note: both my parents were scrawny and “Bulking Up” totally eludes me.
Hi Terrence…Based on your activity level I would recommend 1.4 – 2.0 grams of protein per kilogram body weight daily. I would take 1 scoop of whey protein isolate immediately after your workouts in addition to taking 1 or 2 more servings between meals (i.e. between lunch and dinner as a snack). Ideally, you want to be eating 25-30 grams of protein every 3-4 hours (in addition to enough total daily calories) to “bulk up.”
