Here is what you will need:
- 1 Scoop of NutraBio Chocolate Peanut Butter Classic Whey Protein
- Mini cupcake tin with foil liners
- Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
- Dark Chocolate
- Coconut Oil
Chocolate Layer:
- 3/4 Cup Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Melt together in the microwave for about 1 minute or until smooth. This will be your bottom and top layer
Peanut Butter Protein Filling:
- ¼ C Creamy Natural Peanut Butter + 1 Tsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- ½ Scoop Nutra Bio Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein
Mix ingredients together for the middle layer.
Directions:
- Step 1: Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the melted chocolate mixture into greased cupcake liners. Freeze for 10 min or until dark chocolate hardens.
- Step 2: Scoop ½ tbsp of peanut butter filling on top
- Repeat Step 1 to cover peanut butter filling.
Freeze for 10-15 minutes or until chocolate hardens before you enjoy! {Keep frozen}
