Trim the fat off chicken then place in a large bowl
Add in all the ingredients and mix well
Cover and place in the fridge to let marinate as you prepare the sweet potato hash (let marinate for at least 1 hour)
When ready to cook, heat a cast iron skillet and add 1 tbsp avocado oil. Place chicken onto pan and cook for about 5 min before flipping. (When it is ready to flip it will peel right off the pan, if its sticking let it cook longer)
Continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until there is no longer pink inside
Sweet Potato Hash
4 Large Sweet Potato (1 inch cubes)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cube sweet potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add in other ingredients and toss.
Line and grease a large baking sheet
Place sweet potatoes on tray make sure they are not overlapping.
Bake for 25-30 min or until they are soft to touch
