Churro Protein Waffles
Churro Protein Waffles Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of NutraBio Chocolate Micellar Casein
- 1 Eggs + 1 Egg White
- 1/3 C Coconut Milk
- ¼ C Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar or Stevia
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- ½ Tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Coating Ingredients:
- ¼ C melted coconut oil
- 1/3 C Coconut Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze Pro-Yo Dip Ingredients:
- ½ Scoop of Nutra Bio Alpine Vanilla Whey Isolate
- ¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
- Mix the three Vanilla Glaze Pro-Yp Dip ingredients together and set aside.
- Mix all waffle ingredients well. Grease your waffle iron and cook waffles.
- Cut them lengthwise into thirds to make waffle sticks.
- Melt coconut oil in a wide bowl and place coconut sugar in another wide bowl.
- After waffles are cooked through, place each into the melted coconut oil, soaking it on both sides. Then place them into the coconut sugar and cinnamon mixture.
