- 1 scoop of @nutrabio banana nut bourbon WPI
- 1 mashed banana 🍌 (for the batter)
- 1/4 sliced banana (for the topping)
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 1 Tbs of almond butter
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of baking powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together and pour evenly into greased muffin tins. Note: The WPI has a tendency to stick to the pan, so spray each one with non-stick cooking spray or use muffin liners.
- Add a slice of banana to each of the muffin tops before baking.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes and let cool.
