Have Your Cake and Get Jacked Too, with Freedom Fetti Mug Cakes

Mug Cake made with NutraBio Protein Powder

This mug cake was made using one of the newest Freedom Flavors that NutraBio recently launched and it is amazing!! It’s called “Freedom Fetti” and it’s a funnel cake/cake batter flavor! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • For the batter:
  • For the icing:
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 1/2 scoop NutraBio Freedom Fetti Muscle Matrix protein
  • Optional: Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Mix all the cake ingredients in a small bow. Then, spray a different, microwave safe, bowl or mug with non-stick cooking spray and transfer the batter to this bowl.
  2. Microwave the cake for 90 seconds, watching for overflow. If the cake starts to bubble over stop the microwave and cook 3-5 second intervals until finished
  3. Once the cake is finished, mix your icing ingredients (except for the sprinkles) in a small bowl. Top the cake with the icing and then add sprinkles!
  4. Enjoy!
