Peanut Butter Fudge Oatmeal Brownies, anyone?!
Dry Ingredients:
– 1 cup oats
– 2 scoops of NutraBio Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss WPI
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2.5 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs of sugar-free chocolate Jell-O mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1/3 cup + 2 tbs of melted peanut butter, divided
– 1/4 cup agave
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
3. In a small bowl, microwave 1/3 cup of peanut butter for 15 seconds.
4. In a large bowl mix together the melted peanut butter and remaining wet ingredients
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix
6. Pour batter into greased 8×8 inch pan and bake for 15-20 minutes
7. Remove brownies from oven and let cool
8. Microwave 2 tbsp of peanut butter and drizzle on top
